Life Lock: Why is nothing going right in my life?
Why does everything go wrong? One question, a thousand hidden pains
How many times have you repeated this question in your mind in the middle of the night, when everything is silent and cruel darkness surrounds you:
“Why is nothing going right in my life?”
Maybe this sentence was first whispered in your ear, then louder, and now it has been playing in your mind like a constant sound for some time. Sometimes, even without realizing it, you repeat this sentence to yourself in different tones. One day with malice, one day with anger, one day with indifference.
But let’s look a little more honestly.
Is it really all about you? Or maybe there is a bigger game going on where you are just one of the pieces?
Are you just a passenger going through a winding road, or a driver who has lost the steering wheel and doesn’t know where he is going?
Everything starts with this question. A simple question that is rooted in the depth of all hidden pains. The question you repeat every time, your subconscious mind searches for an answer that may never have been clearly stated.
Maybe because no one dared to ask it, or maybe because no one knew how to answer it.
now you are here
You are reading these words because somewhere in your being, a deep-rooted curiosity is tugging at you.
You’re not just looking for answers, you’re looking for a way to understand, to get through, to break free.
But first of all, you have to let your mind wake up in a new way.
Suppose you turn off your previous beliefs just for a few minutes.
Assume nothing is obvious.
You are not the cause of all problems, nor is the world completely against you.
Maybe everything is moving in an unknown complex pattern that you haven’t fully discovered yet.
Right now, let me ask you:
How do you react when everything goes wrong?
how is your body Are your shoulders stiff or your eyes full of tears?
Is there a voice in your mind that mockingly says: “Did you see I said it can’t be done?”
Do you have an image in your mind of a dark future, or maybe a past in which you have constantly failed?
Now I just want you to sink into this feeling. Not to bother you, but because the way to pass through the tunnel is through the heart of darkness.
When you can see these mental images, when you can hear your inner voice, you can understand where you stand in the story.
Now let’s imagine two different worlds:
In one, you are to blame. All your choices are wrong. Everything is your fault. Every mistake is the result of your weaknesses, fears, and inadequacies.
In the second world, you are just a victim of circumstances beyond your control. Economy, family, education system, politics, appreciation. Everything goes hand in hand so that you cannot stand tall.
Which one of these two worlds is more real? Or maybe none?
Could there be a third world?
A world where there is both responsibility and liberation. Your role is important as well as those behind the scenes.
Maybe nothing was a coincidence. Maybe everything you experienced came to awaken something in you.
Right now, your mind is preparing itself to rewrite.
He is preparing himself for a journey that goes through confusing questions and reaches the heart of truth.
You just have to let the layers of your mind open one by one, without resistance.
No, it’s not just a book.
This is a mirror. A mirror that if you have the courage to look into it, you will see the reality itself. Not what they told you for years, not the mask you put on your face.
but a raw, real and full of possibility image.
So if you are ready, it’s time to enter the next layers.
This is where it all begins.
Behind the scenes of failures: facts you didn’t know
Nothing darkens the mind like the feeling of failure. But what makes this feeling more paralyzing is not knowing its real source. Maybe until today you thought that the reason for all the problems you experienced was your own unworthiness or inability. But now it’s time to see the layers of reality that have remained in the dark until now.
Let’s start from the simplest but most painful point: the outer world, the world in which you were born, grew up and now struggle to survive. You live in a country whose economy has been dealing with severe fluctuations, inflation pressure, unemployment and instability for years. This space, just like the polluted air you breathe, affects your mind and psyche, even if you don’t realize it. When you unknowingly find yourself in a space where you are dealing with financial anxiety, fear of the future, and feeling helpless every day, your subconscious mind gradually becomes weaker, your motivation breaks, and your hope becomes dimmer.
Now look at the social structure. Constant comparisons, unequal images of success, standards that are always set higher than your true capabilities. In social networks, you are constantly exposed to lives that are either unattainable or false. Your mind, quite naturally, begins to compare. If these comparisons go beyond the normal state, they become psychological tortures. You measure yourself against edited versions of other people’s lives, without knowing what’s behind them. These cruel comparisons slowly create a sense of inner inadequacy. A feeling that is not rooted in reality, but the reality destroys your life.
In the heart of all these pressures, a psychological phenomenon slowly develops in you: learned helplessness. This is a natural reaction of the mind. When you have tried many times and have not received an answer, when you have entered from different paths and have been hit by a closed door every time, your mind decides to stop trying. Not out of laziness, but to protect yourself from more wounds. This state turns you into a passive and withdrawn being. You no longer believe even when there is a real opportunity. You are used to pain because your subconscious mind believes that effort is useless. And this is the point where failure is no longer an event, but a lifestyle.
But where did it start? Where did this mindset come from? Let’s go back to childhood. Where many of your current beliefs were planted in your subconscious like invisible seeds. Do you remember how many times you were told that “you can’t”, “you don’t have the right”, “you don’t know”? Every time you have heard these sentences, a small neural pathway has formed in your brain. Each repetition made that path stronger and now, after years, those voices have become your inner voice. You don’t need anyone to tell you that you can’t, because you whisper it to yourself in your most private moments.
Meanwhile, the role of macro systems should not be ignored. Trainings that have taught the fear of failure instead of strengthening abilities. Media that have injected anxiety instead of inspiration. Structures that have limited freedom of choice and punished any attempt to be different. These have been like invisible chains on the hands and feet of your mind, and even if you cannot see them, they still limit your movement.
And now we come to a crucial point: the structure of your mind. The human mind has two parts: conscious and unconscious. Self-awareness is the part with which you think, decide, plan. But only about ten percent of the power of the mind is in this part. The other ninety percent is stored in the subconscious. The same place where childhood memories, old beliefs, hidden fears and old wounds lie. The subconscious, like a behind-the-scenes director, directs the course of your life, even when you think you are making the decisions yourself.
This unconscious is strongly influenced by repetition. When you are repeatedly exposed to similar experiences, your mind makes a pattern of it. Like repeating failure. Every time you fail to achieve a goal, your mind receives the message that the world is unsafe, you are powerless, and the effort is worthless. Repeating this message creates a pattern that eventually keeps your life in a cycle of self-deprecation, procrastination, and fear of the future.
In hypnotherapy, we see these unconscious patterns as gates that are closed but not locked. You just have to learn how to enter them. You have to understand which voices belong to you and which are just the echoes of others that you have kept in your mind. It is only in this way that you can rebuild the structure of your mind.
Your world will not remain as it is, unless you want it to be. But before any change happens, you must know the reality, as it is, not as it has been shown to you for years. Now you see that the story of failures is not just a simple sentence. A thousand invisible threads are woven behind it, if you open them, you may reach a new truth. The truth that clears the way for you. Not simply, but honestly.
They also went through this hell
At first it was just fatigue. Then it turned into fear, then despair, and finally the feeling of sinking into a vortex that pulls you deeper every day. He could hear the sound of the engine of the high model cars from the window of his house, while he himself had not been able to save even one million tomans for months. Hamid, a young man from the south of Tehran, 30 years old, educated in a field that he now jokingly said that he gives a degree only for unemployment. He had no party, no capital, no hope. Just a busy mind, full of questions, full of anger, and sometimes full of tears.
One day he reached a point where he couldn’t even get up. His cell phone was turned off, his head was down, and his mind was occupied with the damn sentence: “I will never succeed.” But that day, when he happened to talk to an unknown old man in the Revolution subway, his life changed. That man, calm and measured, said something that went like a knife into Hamid’s heart: “You still don’t believe that you have the right to be successful.” A simple sentence, but it was like a window in the heart of a dark room. From that day, Hamid started writing. From his pains, from his fears, from his regrets. He wrote to see the voice of his mind on paper, and with the same writings, he entered the path of content production. No money, with a simple phone, but with heart. Today, he is one of the hundreds of people who, without capital, but with an open mind, have been able to reach a place they never dreamed of.
But this is not just one person’s story. Oprah Winfrey, a black woman, was raped as a child, pregnant as a teenager, and fired as a teenager. He reached the edge of the abyss many times. Not once, but many times. But he stood, with his wounds, with all the humiliation he heard. Today, he is an inspiration to millions of people around the world, not because of his achievements, but because of the darkness he went through.
J. who Rowling, a lonely, poor, depressed woman and mother of a little girl, wrote The Boy Wizard while living in a damp flat in Edinburgh. Rejected many times. Twelve publishers did not accept his book. But he did not lose his faith. Harry Potter was not just a story, it was a cry: the cry of someone who rose from the depths of failure.
In the heart of this soil, this land, Ali Daei was once a person who did not believe that he could play football except for fun. In a neighborhood where the balls were always broken and the fields were always dirt. But one day he said to himself: “I must be seen beyond the borders.” His belief was not out of pride, but out of hurt. And today, he is the one whose name has remained in the book of records. Not because of talent, but because of stubbornness.
But now let’s pass the stories that happened on earth and go to another story. A story that starts from somewhere beyond, not from the soil.
One day, a soul was standing on the threshold of entering the earth. In front of him was a small table with papers that indicated his future path. In one it was written: “A prosperous life, but meaningless”, and in the other: “A difficult path, but with great awakening.” The spirit paused. He looked inward and said, “I have come for deep understanding, not superficial comfort.” And he took that hard paper.
When he opened his eyes, he was a baby in a world full of limitations. Life brought challenges one after another. But with each fall, a part of his awakening became more complete. The day came when he understood why all those hardships had come his way. Not to destroy him, but to pull out his true self from their hearts.
This is not just a story. This is your metaphor. A soul that has decided to shine in the midst of adversity. You are also part of this plan. You are not done yet. Even if you fall, even if you fail a hundred times, you are still on the way. Because the truth is this: all those who ascended were once lower than you.
Now is the time to tell yourself: “I can do it too.” But not with a shout, but with an inner whisper. Because if these stories have caused a tremor in your heart, it is a sign. A sign that says: You are one of those who can pass through this hell.
Rescue Plan: From Toxic Thoughts to Life Control
At the heart of every crisis lies an opportunity. You may have heard this saying many times, but do you really believe it? When you’re in the dark, when nothing feels right, that’s when you have to believe in your inner strength. Change, real change, starts here. Instead of drowning in the mire of negative thoughts, you should pull your hands out of the mud and reach towards the light. But how?
The first step to overcome these conditions is to change the internal dialogue. We all have hundreds of negative thoughts every day. “I’ve failed”, “I’ll never make it”, “This path is not for me”. These thoughts are like chains that bind your hands and feet. Now is the time to fight these chains. Yes, as we say, fight your negative thoughts. how about With a technique called “changing the inner dialogue” or Inner Talk.
How many times during the day have you listened to your inner voice? When something bad happens and you start telling yourself, “I failed again,” or “It’s always like this,” that voice is what you need to change. No, this voice is neither the voice of truth nor your voice. This voice is the voice of limiting and negative thoughts that have taken root in your mind over time. To change this situation, it is necessary to identify your thoughts and replace them with new, positive and constructive sentences. Instead of saying “I’m unlucky”, tell yourself “I’m learning”. This small change can change your world.
But changing the dialogue is not only related to changing simple sentences. If we want to really penetrate into the depths of our unconscious mind, we must use the technique of “changing the mental frame” or Reframing. Remember that all the problems you are facing right now are actually puzzles in your life that just need a new set of eyes. Instead of seeing a problem as an insurmountable obstacle, see it as a challenge. why Because every challenge is an opportunity to grow and evolve. Life has never been easy, but in every challenge you see, there is a hidden lesson. Look at your past and see which of the problems that once knocked you down have now become important lessons. Now do the same with your current problems. When looking at a problem, ask yourself, “What can I learn from this situation?”
If you get to the point where you feel like you’re exhausted, simple techniques like relaxation and guided visualization can help. These exercises will take you to a calm and peaceful space, where your mind will be empty of disturbing thoughts. As you do these exercises, say to yourself, “I can handle this situation.” Learn to rest your body and mind whenever you feel weak. In any situation, you can take control of your mind and body by using body relaxation and guided visualization and reach peace from the crisis state.
But when you get over the negative thoughts and find peace of mind, it’s time to rebuild the sense of success. One of the best techniques for this is “Anchoring”. With this technique, you can create a sense of success, power and confidence in yourself. Suppose that in one moment, you are at the peak of your success. Now do a specific movement, such as touching your fingers together or taking a deep breath. This movement reminds your brain what it feels like to be at the peak of success. When you do this several times, your brain associates this feeling of accomplishment with this particular movement. Now, whenever you want, you just need to do this movement so that the feeling of success and power comes alive inside you.
But the work does not end there. Changing limiting beliefs, as a key step, will help you create a new path for yourself. If you always tell yourself “I’m always unlucky”, it’s time to clear this misconception from your mind. With daily practice, you can transform this belief into a new belief: “I’m on the way to learning.” Limiting beliefs are the only boundaries we have created for ourselves. With courage and practice, we can break these boundaries and step into a new world.
If you want to be successful, you need to start building a specific morning routine that prepares you for the day ahead. This routine should include mental and physical exercises that will give you energy, relaxation and concentration. Even if you have little time, starting a day with a few minutes of meditation or relaxation can have a tremendous impact on your entire day. Think of every day as a new opportunity to create the life you want. Morning routine is the foundation of your first steps to success.
Ultimately, our lives do not depend on us alone. How we interact with others, how we bring empathy and kindness into our lives, can dramatically help our psychological regeneration. Human interactions energize not only the people around us, but also ourselves. Sometimes a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand can make big changes in the collective psyche. This positive energy can help us get out of critical situations and create a new path for ourselves.
To overcome a crisis situation, each step mentioned here requires practice, focus and determination. But know that you are not alone on this path. This rescue plan is what will help you overcome toxic thoughts, find your inner strength and lead your life on a bright and successful path.
Life’s Endless Cycle: From Crisis to Climax
Everything is going on. Nothing stays the same and no bad situation is permanent. If you are at a point in your life today where you feel there is no way out, you must remember that history and science have shown us that every stage of life has ups and downs and these ups and downs are a natural part of human development. Even the biggest and most difficult crises are just a part of the long road that leads you to light and success.
If we look at history, we will find that humans have faced many crises and challenges in every period of their lives, but none of these challenges have continued permanently. Wars, economic crises, epidemics and social problems have all temporarily damaged the human world, but they have never been able to stop humans from the path of growth and evolution. In fact, even in the midst of crises, humans have grown, learned, and reached new heights.
A simple example from history is World War II. Perhaps at that time, no one could believe that after such a terrible crisis, a new world would be formed, but right after that, the greatest human advances in scientific, economic and cultural fields took place. Countries came out of the ruins and rebuilt to build a better world. This shows that no bad situation in human history has been stable. Circumstances change rapidly, ups and downs continue, and this process is what has contributed to human evolution.
From a scientific point of view, the theory of “natural cycles” or “cycle of life” refers to the concept that in human life there are always periods of crisis, stagnation, failure and then periods of growth, progress and success. This pattern can also be seen in nature. Just as seasons follow each other in turn, human life also has periods of ups and downs. In psychological sciences, the concept of “psychological resilience” refers to the fact that humans naturally have the ability to overcome crises and problems. Studies have shown that when faced with adversity, humans can not only rebuild, but also use these crises as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Also remember that the negative feelings and thoughts you have right now are not permanent. All those who have achieved great success have experienced moments of disappointment and failure. At these times, they had only one choice: “Wait and move on.” If you look at the dark and challenging periods of your life, you will see that they were also endable and found a way to the light by themselves. Just like the long nights that eventually turn into bright mornings, your situation today will also change.
A simple yet profound truth: nothing stays the same in life. Circumstances in life can change quickly when you decide to continue on the right path. Problems may seem big and insurmountable today, but they will become a part of your life only if you let them. If you remember that no bad situation is permanent and that night will always be followed by day, you can relax and move on.
Every day is an opportunity to start again. Every moment you are in can become a point of change. Remember that there is always calm after the storm. The low and hard times are only part of a bigger journey, at the end of which, success and peace await you. From this point forward, never forget that every crisis is an opportunity to learn and grow. You will get through this moment and come out stronger and more aware.
You choose: repetition or rebirth?
This moment, this page, these words, are all going to make a big difference in your life. Maybe at the beginning of this book it seemed that your problems are insoluble, that there is no way out of this situation, but now everything is different. From the moment you stepped on this path, things have changed in your mind. Your view of the world and yourself has changed. Maybe you still think to yourself, what do you have in hand to turn it into a new and successful life? Can you really overcome these crises? Do you really have the ability to change the direction of your life? In answer to these questions, there is no more than one word: “Yes”.
In this journey, you started from understanding and awareness. When you ask yourself, “Why is nothing going right?”, your mind has searched for the reasons for this situation and you have penetrated the depth of this crisis. Then with the stories and examples you heard, you felt like you weren’t alone. You realized that people like you, with similar conditions, have been able to cross this hell and achieve a new life. Now is the time to do something. This path does not reach anywhere with awareness and understanding, but requires action. You have to decide.
In the beginning, this book asked you to look at your world with a new perspective by understanding the situation. Now we ask you to make a big choice. This choice is a choice that will change your life. This is the moment when you have to choose: “Do you want to stay in the same situation and drown in the same swamp, or is it time to have a new birth?” The choice is yours.
Every day is a new opportunity for change. Nothing stays the same in life, not even the problems themselves. But it is you who has the power to choose. Every day, you have a choice: you can remain in pain and suffering, or you can overcome these situations and build a life full of success, happiness and peace. This is the choice you have to make today. From this moment on, nothing can stop you but yourself. Right now, you can create a new path for yourself by changing your thoughts, behavior and beliefs. From now on, you are the one you’ve been waiting for. Nothing and no one can stop you but yourself. Now is the time to move forward.
In this journey, you took the first steps, but to reach your destination, you have to keep going. Every day is a choice and you have a new choice today. A choice that can rebuild your life. Right now, we have a new exercise for you: writing a letter to your future self. Write to yourself how you want to move forward from this moment. Write down how you would like to see yourself through this situation when you look at yourself in the future. This letter is a contract with yourself that you are going to take bigger steps and nothing can stop you.
As you finish this book, remember that this is just the beginning. This is just the first step towards the future you have created for yourself. After this, every day becomes a new day that offers you new opportunities. Your life is under your control. You have the power to change anything you want. What you decide today will shape your tomorrow and the years to come.
And finally, we want you to share your story with others. In our world, many are going through similar crises and problems. When you share your experience with others, you not only help yourself but also give hope to others. You can be part of a community that aims to rebuild lives and make positive changes in the world. When you go through these experiences and challenges, it’s time to step alongside others and help change the world around you. You can give hope to someone who needs help and show that change is possible. Remember that you are not alone, and now that you have decided to change, you have a community of like-minded people by your side.
So, from this moment on, nothing can stop you. Every step you take is towards a new life, full of opportunities and success. You choose: repetition or rebirth.
