The first moments of the morning, the moments that can make your day, are spent in an aimless spin. As if something is locked inside you, a force that should push you forward, but it is not, or maybe it is and you are unaware of it?
But why? Why do some people wake up with pure energy, as if following a predetermined plan from the moment they open their eyes? What is awake in their mind that is still sleeping in your mind? If I told you that the key to this puzzle is in your hand, but you have not seen it yet, how would you react?
What you will find in this book is more than just a simple recipe for starting a good day. It is a discovery, a journey deep within yourself, where the secret of true awakening lies. This book is calling you… are you ready to wake up?
Chapter 1: Morning Shadows
You open your eyes, but something is heavy in the air, as if there is an invisible fog in the air. You try to get up, but your body still resists movement, as if invisible ropes are binding your hands and feet. Your thoughts are scattered, your mind is still confused, and no force is driving you forward. You sit for a moment, hold your head in your hands, and stare at the ceiling. The day has begun, but you are still wandering between sleep and wakefulness. As if something inside you has sunk into the darkness, something that makes it difficult for you to wake up.
How well do you know this feeling? Where does this morning heaviness that casts a shadow over your head like a dark cloud come from? Why is it that some people are driven by an inner force from the moment they open their eyes, while you have to fight yourself for every step you take? Is it just normal tiredness, or is something deeper rooted in the hidden layers of your mind?
You are involved in an endless cycle every day. You wake up, but not completely. Time passes, but it is as if you are wandering in an endless void. Your hands are numb, your thoughts are tangled, and your body is barely in control. You are not alone, thousands of people like you walk in this darkness every morning without knowing why. But there are those who are different, those who seem to be fed by an invisible force, a force that pushes them forward even before they are fully awake. At the very first moment, when they open their eyes, it is as if a spark ignites in their mind and makes them move. What is the difference between them and you?
Your mind is an amazing complexity, but this same mind can also be your biggest prison. From the moment you open your eyes, this prison starts working. Endless shelves of half-baked thoughts, a faint voice that says, “Wait a few more minutes, there’s no rush,” and memories of previous days passing aimlessly before your eyes. In these moments, you have lost your will. You think you are in control, but are you really?
Let me share a secret with you. This feeling of lethargy is not an accident. This is an unconscious program that runs in your mind, a program that has been formed in you for years and every morning, without you realizing it, it traps you. This is the shadow that hangs over your mornings, the shadow that cripples you from the inside, before you even have a chance to start your day. But why does this program exist? Why does your mind resist awakening?
The human mind works like a complex security system. Any change that may take you out of your safe zone is considered a threat. Even if that change is to wake up with energy. Your mind has learned to keep you in the same familiar state, the state in which the least amount of energy is used, the state in which you do not need to be challenged, the state in which it is not difficult to make decisions. This is the reason why your mornings are heavy, this is the shadow that has engulfed you.
But this is not the whole story. There is something deep within you that you have not yet discovered. A silent force, that if you awaken it, everything will change. Have you ever experienced a moment when a sudden force erupts in you? Moments as if something has been released inside you and you move without even thinking? This is what can make your mornings anew. But before that, you must know the shadows that surround your mind.
Where did these shadows come from? From years of mental programming, from beliefs that have been institutionalized in you without you realizing it. “Mornings are hard”, “You need to stay in bed for a few more minutes”, “You need to feel ready before you start”. These beliefs are etched in your mind, repeated over and over again, to the point where you don’t see them anymore, but they still control your life. And until you identify this secret program in your mind, your mornings will remain in the same darkness.
But imagine for a moment… what if you could remove these shadows? What if you could wake up in the morning with strength that boils from within you, not with reluctance and lethargy? If you could turn on your mind like a powerful engine, so that the moment of awakening is not the point of confusion, but the starting point of a movement? This is possible, but only when you see the truth.
Now, the question arises for you, how? How can you get out of this trap? How can you clear your mornings from these shadows? If this question is formed in your mind, it means that you are ready to discover a new truth. And this is the starting point.
Chapter 2: A voice from the depths of the mind
A heavy silence has filled the space, but in the heart of this silence, something is going on. A quiet, imperceptible voice that runs deep in your mind. It is as if there are silent whispers under the layers of your thoughts, whispers that have always been there but you have never listened to them. This is the voice that shapes the moment you wake up, the voice that rises from the depths of your being before every decision, before every movement, and creates the future of your day. But what is this sound? where does it come from And why is it sometimes the thing that pushes you forward, and sometimes it’s the thing that keeps you in the shadows?
Your mind is a complicated machine, but more than you know, you are controlled by a current that is always whispering inside you. The moment you open your eyes, this flow begins. You may not realize it, but before you even form your first conscious thought, this voice is at work. Have you ever noticed how your mornings start? The moment you wake up, does the voice in your mind urge you to move, or does it keep you in bed?
Most people never hear this sound. They imagine that they are the ones who choose when to wake up, when to move, how to feel. But this is only an illusion. The truth is that a voice from deep within the mind determines your path before you can even make a decision. And if this voice is not in your control, if this voice is programmed in the wrong direction, you are a failure from the moment you wake up.
How is this sound formed? where does it come from This is what most people are unaware of. The mind is like a tape recorder filled with hundreds and thousands of recorded messages over the years. Every experience, every thought, every word you have heard is recorded in this tape in the form of a sentence, a command, an order. And this tape is played every morning without you knowing. If this tape is full of negative messages, the voice whispering deep inside your mind will stop you from moving. And if this tape is full of empowering messages, this voice will push you forward like an inner commander.
Imagine for a moment, if all the words you hear in your head are words that make you stronger, that tell you to wake up, move, life is in your hands, no one can stop you. What would change in your life? Didn’t you feel an unstoppable power flowing through you? But now think about what would happen if this voice told you every morning that you are still tired, that you are not ready yet, that today will be as meaningless as the previous days?
This is what happens deep in the mind in the morning silence. A war that you never see, but its outcome shapes your life. You think that everything starts from the moment you get out of bed, but the truth is that everything is decided before that. In the very first moment, this voice has decided how you will start your day.
But the good news is that this voice can change. Your mind is not an automatic machine that stays on the same path forever. You can rewrite it, you can change the mind tape, you can replace the old, destructive voice with a new voice. But this work requires awareness, it requires that you hear this voice first of all. Because the only thing that can free you from this prison is knowing the prison.
Now be quiet for a moment. listen to your mind Hear that voice. understand his words Does this voice push you forward or stop you? Does this voice make you stronger, or does it keep you in fear and apathy? This is what determines your path. And if today, in this moment, you hear this voice and decide to change it, then you will be on the path to true awakening.
Because true awakening is not just opening your eyes, but opening your ears to the voice that is always whispering in the depths of your mind. A voice that if you change it, everything will change.
Chapter 3: The first choice of the day
For a moment, you are on the border between sleep and wakefulness, where you have not yet fully opened your eyes, but your mind is moving away from the world of dreams and towards reality. In this moment, something happens that you may never have noticed, but it shapes your whole day. A thought, a sentence, a feeling that takes over your mind in a fraction of a second. This moment is the moment in which your path is determined.
Most people think that their day begins the moment they get out of bed, but the truth is that everything is decided before that. Before your body moves, before your eyes adjust to the light, before you even realize you’re awake, your mind has made up its mind. And this decision is being repeated every day and every moment, without you knowing. Have you ever wondered why some days you are full of energy and some days you can’t even get out of bed? Have you ever noticed that some days everything seems to be going well and some days it seems like you are doomed from the start?
This is not a coincidence. Nothing happens in your mind by accident. It all comes back to your first choice the moment you wake up. A moment when your body is still at rest, but your mind has started to work. At this moment, a voice whispers deep in your mind. But what does it say? Does it call you to move, or does it invite you to stay in the shadows of sleep?
At this moment, most people unwittingly give in to their mental habits. They wake up and before they even make a move, their mind repeats sentences inside them: “I’m tired”, “Another day”, “Today is the same as yesterday”, “I wish I could sleep more”. These sentences are commands that the mind sends to the body. And the body, like a precise machine, follows these commands. The feeling of heaviness, the feeling of fatigue, lack of motivation, all originate from these few sentences. And once these commands are implemented, it is difficult to change the direction. Because the mind is like a river, once it flows in a certain direction, it needs a great force to change its direction.
But the good news is that this trend can be changed. You can choose your first thought of the day. You can decide what command your mind sends to your body. And this is a small change that will have huge results. Because if the first choice of your day is accompanied by strength, energy and purpose, your whole day will be affected by it.
In the science of neuro-verbal programming (NLP), there is a technique known as “mental pattern rewriting”. This technique is simple but very powerful. It is enough to be aware of the moment when you are on the border between sleep and wakefulness. It is enough to know that this moment is the moment of choice. Instead of letting the mind automatically repeat past thoughts, consciously substitute a new thought. As soon as you experience the first moment of awakening, repeat a positive and motivating sentence in your mind. Something that can flow energy in all the cells of your body. For example, you can say: “I am full of energy”, “Today is a wonderful day”, “I am in control of my life”. These sentences seem simple, but they have a power beyond imagination. Because the first command that your mind sends to the body, the first feeling that occurs at the moment of awakening, will determine the course of the whole day.
At first, this may be difficult. Your mind has been used to a repetitive pattern for years. Like a tape recording that plays the same message every day. But this bar can be changed. And every time you consciously replace old thoughts with a positive thought, a new tape is recorded in your mind. And after a while, this new strip will become your main pattern.
Now, imagine that every morning, instead of waking up feeling tired and unmotivated, you start your day with a sense of energy and enthusiasm. Imagine that your first thought of the day is a powerful command to move, instead of complaining about lack of sleep or worrying about daily tasks. What will change in your life?
This is the point where you can change your future. No need to wait. No need for big and complicated changes. You just need to understand this moment. It is enough to know that your first choice, the first thought that flows in your mind, determines everything. If you choose this thought consciously, if you associate it with power and energy, you will change the course of the whole day. And when your days change, weeks, months and finally, your life will change.
Now, make a decision. A decision that maybe you have never thought about. Decide to choose your first thought of the day tomorrow morning. And see how this small change will eventually turn you into a person who is in control of your life.
Chapter 4: Break the spell of stillness
Everything begins in stillness. The moment your eyes open, but your body is still trapped by an invisible force. It’s as if something has nailed you to the bed, something you may never have noticed, but you surrender to it every morning. This is the spell that has held you still for years, the spell that captures you in its clutches every morning before you can even take your first step.
Have you ever asked yourself why sometimes even when you know you should get out of bed, you can’t move? Why is it that even when important tasks await you, there is a force within you that whispers, “There’s still time,” “Just a few more minutes,” “Just rest a little longer”? Where does this sound come from? Why does your mind resist change instead of making you move?
The answer to this question is hidden in the depths of your subconscious. Your mind has thousands of patterns and programs that have been formed over the years, programs that control your life every day without you even realizing it. One of these programs is the “Stay and Delay” pattern. Every time you stay in bed instead of getting up in the morning, this pattern is reinforced in your mind. Each time you surrendered to that inner whisper, the spell grew stronger. And now, you don’t need to make a conscious decision about it, because your mind automatically resists the move.
This is a real charm. But like all spells, it can be broken. You just need to find its starting point. The point where your mind takes command from stillness. This point lies in the moment of awakening, in the first few seconds when you open your eyes, but you have not yet made a decision. At this moment, if you don’t have a plan in advance, your subconscious mind will choose the same path as usual. And this is the point where you have to change it.
One of the powerful techniques in NLP is “rewriting unconscious stimuli”. Over time, your mind has associated certain stimuli with certain reactions. For example, seeing the morning light may subconsciously make you feel tired because you have associated this light with trying to get up for years. The sound of the alarm clock may cause reluctance because you associate it with pressure and compulsion to wake up. But as these links are built, they can be overwritten.
The first step is to change the first reaction in the morning. Instead of letting the unconscious mind follow the path of stillness, create a new pattern. When you open your eyes, immediately make a move. It can be a small movement, like wiggling your fingers, or pulling your body a little. This movement sends a message to your mind that it is time to move.
The second step is to change mental connections. Every morning, as soon as you wake up, repeat a sentence out loud that will take your mind off its usual path. You can say: “I am life force”, “I am awakened with energy and power”, “Today will be the best day of my life”. It doesn’t matter if you don’t believe these sentences at first, the important thing is to say them, because your mind will eventually accept them.
The third step is to create a new mental anchor. Anchors are the unconscious links that direct the mind to a certain reaction. Now, you need to create a new anchor for mornings. This anchor can be a specific movement, such as raising your fists as a sign of strength, or a specific sentence that you start your day with every day. The more you repeat this anchor, the faster your mind will accept it.
And finally, the most important step is “action without thinking”. The spell of stillness is broken the moment you act immediately instead of thinking about getting up. The more you think about getting up, the more time your mind has to resist. So, as soon as you hear the alarm, or open your eyes, get out of bed without a moment’s pause. The faster you do this, the less time your mind will have to revert to the old pattern.
A spell of stillness only lasts if you let it stay. But now, you know that this spell is not real. It is just a mental habit, a pattern that has been repeated in your mind for years. And now, you can break it. Not tomorrow, not next week, but right now. Every morning, you have the choice to stay on the same path, or break the spell and start a new path. The choice is yours.
Chapter 5: Awakening language
Every morning, before you even open your eyes, something goes through your mind. You may not realize it yet, but a voice inside you repeats whispers, words that shape your day. This voice is always there, sometimes clear and sometimes in the background of the mind, but its effect is undeniable. Have you ever noticed what are the first words you say to yourself after waking up? Do these words inspire you to move, or do they make you feel tired and sluggish?
The human mind is designed in a way that is influenced by language. The words you say to yourself not only shape your feelings, but also have a direct effect on your performance. If in the morning, as soon as you wake up, you go through sentences like “yet another hard day”, “how tired I am”, or “I wish I could sleep more”, you are actually planning your mind for a day without energy and boredom. But if in the early moments, you consciously choose sentences that invite you to movement and energy, the course of your day will change completely.
You may ask why such an effect occurs? The reason is that the human brain does not differentiate between reality and imagination. Every sentence you say to yourself is recorded as a truth in your subconscious. For example, when you say to yourself, “I am full of energy today”, even if you feel tired at that moment, your mind receives this message and gradually adjusts the condition of your body to it. But if you say “I’m so sleepy” in the first moments of waking up, your mind will consider this message as a command and as a result, you will feel more tired.
Do a simple experiment. Tomorrow morning, as soon as you wake up, immediately say to yourself: “Today is going to be a great day. I am full of energy and motivation. Every cell in my body is awake and ready to go.” Repeat this sentence not only in your mind, but also out loud. Then pay attention to how you feel.
Many people are not aware of this technique, but the truth is that language is one of the most powerful tools we have. In NLP science, this concept is known as “linguistic programming”. It means that you can change your performance and feelings just by changing the sentences you say to yourself.
Now think about what change will be made in your life if every morning, your first words are carefully chosen? What would happen if instead of saying “I’m so sleepy” you said “I’m ready to have the best day of my life”? It seems like a simple change, but the effect is amazing.
Another important point is the tone and emotion you use when saying these sentences. If you say a sentence without feeling and indifferent, your mind will not take it very seriously. But if you repeat the same sentence with energy, excitement and feeling, your subconscious mind will accept it as an absolute truth and your body will react accordingly.
An exercise you can do to change your waking language is to choose a sentence at night, before going to sleep, that you want to wake up with the next morning. You can write this sentence on a piece of paper and keep it next to your bed, or even repeat it out loud several times so that it is registered in your subconscious mind. For example, sentences like:
- “I’m going to wake up tomorrow morning with super energy.”
- “My day will be full of positive and wonderful events”
- “Every day I become stronger, happier and more successful than before”
Over time, these sentences will become a part of your morning routine and will put your mind on the right track in the first moments of waking up.
In addition to the sentences you say directly to yourself, the words and thoughts that flow through your mind throughout the day also affect how you feel and perform. If you constantly use negative statements in your mind, for example, say, “I will never succeed
Chapter 6: The image that makes or destroys
Every morning, when you open your eyes, before you even utter a word, before you even move your body, something forms in your mind. an image A picture of the day ahead of you. This image is what determines how your day will go, how you will feel, how much energy you will have and even what results you will get. But the problem is that this image is often created unconsciously, without you having any control over it.
If you pay attention, you will realize that the human mind is always creating images. When you think about the future, an image immediately appears in your mind. When you think about the past, images of memories come alive before your eyes. These images not only control our emotions, but can also affect our performance. For example, suppose you have an important business meeting tomorrow. If your mind subconsciously creates an image of failure, anxiety and stress, your body will automatically react with stress. But if you consciously create an image of success, peace and mastery in your mind, your entire behavior will change based on that image.
This is where the importance of “submodality” appears. In the science of NLP, submodality means the partial and structural features of the images we create in our minds. These features include size, color, clarity, brightness, and other details that affect the image’s impact on our emotions.
Now, let’s do a simple experiment. Close your eyes and visualize a difficult day in your mind. See how this picture looks? is it dark is it small Are its colors dull and lifeless? Now change this image. Increase the light, make the colors more vivid and transparent, increase the size of the image and see how it makes you feel. did you understand Changing even the smallest details of your mental image can completely change how you feel about it.
The same principle can be used to start the morning. Tomorrow morning, when you wake up, immediately pay attention to the image that forms in your mind. Does this image make you full of energy and motivation or does it make you feel tired and sluggish? If your mental picture is gloomy and hopeless, change it immediately. Brighten your image, make the colors clearer and more vivid, see yourself getting out of bed with energy, smiling and ready to start a wonderful day.
Another exercise that can be very effective in changing the mental images in the morning is to create a picture of the next day in your mind at night before going to sleep. Visualize it exactly how you want your day to go. See that you wake up with energy, do your plans with motivation and success, and spend all the moments of your day with a great feeling. Review this image in your mind many times, until it is registered in your subconscious. When this image is engraved in your mind, your subconscious mind will automatically adjust the conditions so that the same image becomes reality.
One of the main reasons why some people wake up in the morning unmotivated and without energy is that the night before, they unintentionally created an image of a boring day full of problems and stress in their mind. You may have heard many times that they say: “Sleep with good thoughts”. This sentence is not just a simple recommendation, but a scientific and psychological principle. When your mind is focused on images of success, happiness and motivation before sleep, it will create the same feeling in you when you wake up.
But the important point is that changing mental images requires practice. Doing it once is not enough. Just as you have been in the habit of unconsciously creating negative images for years, now you must consciously change this habit. Every morning, before you even get out of bed, close your eyes and create a clear picture of your day. See how you move with energy, how you do all your work successfully, how the feeling of happiness and vitality flows in all your moments. Record this image in your mind as the first image in the morning and see how it will transform your feelings and performance throughout the day.
Life is nothing but a collection of images that we create in our minds. You have the power to change these images. You just need to be aware, take control of it and start your morning with a new, bright and motivating image every day.
Chapter 7: A spark to move
Moments after awakening, the mind is engaged in a hidden battle. You are still snuggled up in the warmth of the bed, your eyes half open and short but powerful thoughts running through your mind. “Just five more minutes to sleep”, “there’s still time”, “I’ll do it later”. These seemingly insignificant sentences are the invisible chains that keep you still. This stillness is the same mysterious force that prevents you from doing important things every day, swallows your motivation and makes you start the precious moments of the morning with indifference and delay. But have you ever thought how to break this spell? How to trick the mind to work faster?
The answer lies in a simple but amazing technique: the “Five Second Technique”. This technique is based on a very powerful psychological principle. The human mind, if given more than five seconds to think, starts making excuses and finds a way to escape from action. But if you force yourself to act before the brain has a chance to react, you will break the force of stillness.
Let’s see this technique in action. Suppose that your alarm clock rings in the morning. The moment your eyes open, immediately start counting down: “Five, four, three, two, one… move!” Without giving an excuse even for a moment, drag your body out of bed. As simple as that. You did not allow your mind to enter the stage of doubt and laziness. The same principle can be applied to anything else in life: if you need to make an important call, if you need to start exercising, if you need to do something you’ve been putting off for a long time, just give yourself five seconds, start counting down, and act before you reach zero.
But why is this method so effective? The reason lies in the way the brain works. Our mind has two main parts: the logical part and the emotional part. The rational part is responsible for making informed decisions, while the emotional part tends to seek comfort, fear and delay. When you pause to do an important task for more than a few seconds, the emotional part comes into action and convinces you to stop for now with various excuses. But when you start counting down, you don’t give your brain a chance to resist and you go straight to action.
If you think this method seems too simple, just try it tomorrow morning. When the clock rings, instead of letting your brain analyze and make excuses, immediately start the countdown and get up. It may be difficult at first, but with practice, this method will become a habit. And when this habit is established in you, you will see its effect in all aspects of your life.
But is the five-second technique enough? The truth is that this method is an initial motivator, but for this change to last, you must also change the way you think. One of the most effective ways to do this is mental planning before sleep. The night before, when you get ready to sleep, close your eyes and imagine that you will wake up in the morning with energy. Review this picture in your mind in full detail: see how you get out of bed quickly, how you start your day with motivation and strength, how you do important things without delay. The more realistic and vivid this image is, the more it will affect your subconscious mind.
Another key point is to remove external obstacles. Many times, it is not the internal problem, but the environment around you that causes procrastination. Is your cell phone the first thing you check in the morning? Is your bedroom designed in a way that makes it difficult to wake up? Do you have your sports clothes available or do you have to look for them for a long time? All of these small factors have a big impact on how willing you are to take action. If you want to move faster, set up your environment to make it easy to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong thing.
But perhaps the biggest challenge is that many people start the morning with an old and limiting identity. They believe that they are not early risers, that they do not have enough energy, that it is too late to change. These beliefs are stronger than any obstacle that can stop you. If you really want to change, you have to let go of these old identities first. From now on, every morning when you wake up, say to yourself: “I am the one who takes quick action, I am the one who overcomes procrastination, I am the one who takes control of my life.” Repeating these sentences will program your mind and gradually, a new identity will be formed in you.
Finally, the most important thing to remember is that there is no magical force that will make you take action. No miracle is going to happen. The only thing that determines the difference between success and failure is a simple choice: the choice to move. And this choice is formed in the first five seconds of every morning. Five, four, three, two, one… it’s time to get up!
Chapter 8: The Golden Habits of Awakening
Every morning when you wake up, life has given you a new chance. An opportunity to choose how to start your day, how to wake up your body, how to direct your thoughts and how to direct your energy. But have you ever wondered why some people start their day with motivation and energy, while others wake up tired and lethargic? The answer to this question lies in morning habits. Habits that, if chosen correctly, can bring you to the highest level of productivity, concentration and vitality. But if they are formed incorrectly, they will turn your day into an attrition cycle from the very beginning.
Morning habits act like the basic code of a computer program. They determine how your brain and body work, your energy level, and how motivated you are throughout the day. If these habits are programmed correctly, instead of resisting change, your brain will automatically move in the direction of growth and success. But if you ignore them, your mind will remain in default mode, which is often full of boredom, stress and procrastination.
But what habits really transform your morning?
1. Conscious awakening without delay
Many people make their first mistake in the first moments of waking up: hitting the snooze button on the clock. Not only does this not make you feel more rested, but it puts your mind into a half-sleep-half-awake cycle that saps your energy. Instead of hitting the snooze button, open your eyes and jump out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off. A simple countdown can do wonders: five, four, three, two, one… move!
2. Exposure to natural light
Sunlight is a strong signal to the brain that it is time to wake up. When natural light reaches your eyes, the production of melatonin (sleep hormone) decreases and the production of cortisol (wakefulness hormone) increases. These hormonal changes tell your brain to start the day and boost your energy. If you want to start your day with the most energy, after waking up, be exposed to natural light for at least five minutes.
3. Water consumption and body hydration
After several hours of sleep, your body becomes dehydrated, and this dehydration is one of the main reasons for feeling tired in the morning. The first thing you should do after waking up is drink a glass of water. Water activates your metabolism, wakes up your body cells and makes your brain work more optimally.
4. Moving the body and breathing deeply
One of the biggest mistakes that many people make is that they start their morning without any movement. After hours of immobility, your body needs to activate the blood flow again. A few stretches, a few minutes of walking, or even a few deep breaths can make a big difference in your energy levels.
5. Focus on a positive mindset
One of the most important habits that can transform your day is managing your thoughts in the first moments of the morning. If you start your day with worries, stress and negative thoughts, these feelings will permeate your entire day. But if you direct your mind towards positive thoughts, your emotions and energy will move in the same direction. A great way to do this is to practice gratitude. Every morning, write or review at least three things you are grateful for. This takes your mind out of stress and anxiety and puts it in a state of relaxation and motivation.
6. Proper nutrition for brain and body
Your breakfast should provide the fuel your body and brain need. Many people either skip breakfast altogether, or eat foods high in sugar and simple carbohydrates that only cause a mid-day energy slump. A complete breakfast should include protein, healthy fats and the right amount of fiber to keep your energy levels stable throughout the day.
7. Daily goal setting
One of the habits that successful people adhere to is setting daily goals. Before you start your day, take a few minutes to ask yourself, “What is the most important thing I need to do today?” The answer to this question will make you have a clear path throughout the day and focus your energy on the most important priorities.
8. Stay away from mobile phones in the early morning
One of the worst habits that can destroy your energy level and focus is checking your cell phone first thing in the morning. When you start your day by checking messages, news and social networks, you actually put your mind in a reactive mode and give control of your focus and emotions to external things. Instead, spend at least the first thirty minutes of the day without a cell phone and focus on healthy habits.
Making a golden morning
All these habits are like pieces of a puzzle that when put together will make a wonderful morning for you. But the important thing is that you don’t have to start all these habits at once. It is enough to start with one or two of them and gradually, institutionalize these habits in your life. The most important thing is to make your morning consciously, not to leave it to chance.
Finally, your mornings are like a launching pad that determines the quality of your entire day. If you want to have more successful days, you have to make better mornings. Now that you know these golden habits, it’s time to decide how to start your day. Do you want to remain in the cycle of lethargy and lack of motivation? Or are you ready to turn your mornings into a wonderful experience? The decision is yours.
Chapter 9: The Awakening Map
The awakening map is what needs to be drawn now, after passing through all the stages of consciousness. All the secrets have been revealed, all the obstacles have been known, all the tools and techniques are available, and now it is time for all these pieces to be put together and become a practical path, a path that can be followed every day, a path that not only wakes a person from physical sleep, but also kills him from mental sleep, a path that starts the day with energy, awareness and focus and maintains this level of alertness until the end of the day. But this plan is different for everyone, because each person has his own rhythm, his own unique habits, his own special challenges, and therefore, his awakening should also be designed based on his life. There is no general formula for everyone, but there are principles that everyone can use to create a personal and effective plan for themselves.
To make this map, one must first go back and check the path taken, one must see in which stages there was more resistance, in which parts, the change happened more easily, and in which situations, the mind cooperated the most. Every morning, a choice is made, a choice that either leads a person to energy and wakefulness or leaves him in a slump and heaviness. This choice depends on several factors, including the first thought that crosses the mind at the moment of awakening, the first image that forms in the mind, the first word that is spoken and the first movement that is performed. Therefore, one of the most important parts of the awakening map is the conscious design of these early moments, so that instead of falling into the trap of the unconscious patterns of the past, a new and energetic path is created.
The next step is to understand and change the language of awakening, because the words we say to ourselves every morning have a direct impact on our energy level and motivation. If we start the day with phrases like, “I’m so tired,” “I wish I could sleep more,” or “Today is just like yesterday,” we’re actually subconsciously programming ourselves to feel tired, unmotivated, and repetitive. But if we use statements like “Today is a new day,” “I’m ready for a new beginning,” or “I’m giving my best today,” the mind is directed toward awakening, motivation, and freshness. So, in the awakening plan, a set of powerful and motivational sentences should be chosen as the language of awakening and used consciously every morning.
Mental images that are created at the beginning of the day also play an important role in determining the quality of waking up. If the dominant image is a hard day, full of stress and obstacles, the mind unconsciously puts the body in a defensive and energyless state. But if the mental image is a day full of opportunities, pleasant moments and success, the body will naturally release energizing hormones and the person will get out of bed with more enthusiasm. In the awakening map, these images should be designed in advance and purposefully created in the mind every morning, instead of letting the mind wander through random thoughts.
Another basic part of this map is movement. The body needs movement to get out of the sleep state and enter the full wakefulness stage, but this movement should be chosen according to the person. Some may need light stretching exercises, others may prefer to take a short walk or do some strength training. It is important that the spell of stillness is broken and the body receives the signals of awakening. In the awakening map, a specific and actionable movement should be determined for each morning, which should be done automatically without the need to think and make decisions.
Finally, an awakening plan would be incomplete without establishing a strong motivation. There must be a strong reason to wake up, a reason that boils from within and does not require external coercion. This motivation may be to achieve a personal goal, to create a work, to learn a skill, to help others, or simply to experience an energetic and positive day. It is important to remind the mind of this motivation every morning so that waking up is understood not as a compulsion, but as an opportunity. The awakening map is not a fixed and immutable plan, but rather a flexible tool that should be improved and completed based on daily experiences. Each day is an opportunity to review which parts of the map have been most effective and which parts need to be changed. With the passage of time, this plan will be so coordinated with the person’s life that there will be no need for conscious effort to implement it, and awakening will become a natural and enjoyable process.
Chapter 10: The dawn that never dies
The dawn that never dies is a concept that the character of the story finally comes to understand, a truth that does not fit within the boundaries of time, nor is captured by the framework of day and night. At first, like many people, he saw awakening as a physical thing, the moment when the eyelids open and light enters the eye, but this is only one level of awakening, a level that opens the door to another truth deeper than that. All this way, he has passed through the morning shadows, listened to the deep voice of the mind, consciously made the first choice of the day, broken the spell of stillness, paid attention to the language of awakening, understood the images that create or destroy, a spark to move, recognized the golden habits of awakening and finally, he has designed a plan to start the day, but with all these awarenesses, there is still one deep truth that he must understand, a truth. which contains the true dawn, the dawn that never dies
He now knows that true awakening is not a moment, but a flow, a flow that continues with each breath and is sustained only if it transcends the physical plane and reaches the realm of consciousness. He learns that awakening is not just waking up from a night’s sleep, but the ability to see the truth in the midst of daily dreams, dreams that occur in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, in endless repetitions, in unconscious choices and in surrendering to old habits. He realizes that many people wake up every day, but still live asleep, with their eyes open but their minds closed, on a path they did not choose, but was destined for them. He no longer wants to be a part of this collective dream, he does not want to see the sunrise only as a natural phenomenon, but he wants to understand it as a symbol of an inner change, a dawn that occurs not in the sky, but in his heart and mind.
This understanding brings him to a new stage of life, a stage in which every moment can be a new awakening, every thought can be a golden ray of an endless dawn, and every decision can take him from the darkness of habits to the light of conscious choices. He no longer wants to define his days based on the old past, but he decides to see each day as a blank page that he can paint with fresh colors. He realizes that the true sunrise is within him, where no sunset can extinguish it, where the sun of consciousness always shines, even if the sky outside is cloudy. He discovers that awakening is a journey that never ends, for there is always a new depth to be discovered, there is always a light that can shine through the darkness, there is always a dawn that never dies.
