Chapter 1: Why do I always feel like there is no hope for my life to improve?

You are immersed in your thoughts in the silence of the night. You have reached a point where you no longer see hope. As if high walls of despair surround you. Every time you want to make a change, every time you decide to try a different path, something inside you is holding you back. Maybe a voice in your head said, “It’s pointless. It doesn’t matter. You can’t.” And you, without realizing it, have surrendered to this voice. But where did this sound come from? Has it always been with you or was it planted somewhere in the past?

You are on a path that many people are caught in without even knowing it. Your mind is stuck in a repetitive cycle, a cycle that stops you from moving. In this invisible prison, you don’t see the limiting walls, but you touch them every day. And these walls are made of your thoughts, your beliefs, the bitter experiences you have had. But are these experiences the truth of your life or are they just images that your mind has overestimated?

Why is it that every time you want to make a change, something inside stops you? Perhaps the answer is that your subconscious mind finds security in what is familiar to it. If you have lived in pain, in despair, in helplessness for years, your subconscious mind has accepted this state as your natural state. Even if you are unhappy with this situation, you will still remain in it, because your brain is looking for survival and sees change as a threat to survival.

Have you ever noticed that when you think about the future, the first thing that comes to your mind are problems and obstacles? This is a mental pattern. You are conditioned to see the dangers before you see the opportunities. But have you ever thought how this mentality has affected your whole life?

When you were a child, the world was full of wonders for you. You would move without fear, fall down and get back up again. But little by little, the surrounding environment changed you. You were afraid of failures, you learned to be careful, not to take risks, not to be afraid of change. And now this fear has settled in all your cells. But this fear is not the reality of your life, but a program written in you.

But does this mean that you are doomed to despair? no Nothing in life is fixed. You can change this program, but first you must understand that the program that is engraved in your mind is not yours. This program is imposed on you from outside. But you don’t need to act on it all the time. You can choose a new path.

Close your eyes for a moment. Imagine that there is no fear in you. There is no limit. If you could redo your life, what would you choose? How would you feel if you believed that you could change, that you could have what you always wanted?

Your despair is the result of an illusion. It is the result of thoughts that have been repeated in your mind over and over again. But these thoughts are only thoughts, not truth. The truth is that you have the power to change within you. You can take control of your life, but first you have to believe that you can.

And this is the first step. The step that frees you from your mental prison. But are you ready to take this step?

Chapter 2: Why do I keep failing when I try?

failure A word that has been repeated thousands of times in your mind. Every time you decided to start something, every time you wanted to make a change, this word has been like a shadow by your side. You may have thought that this is your destiny. Maybe you’ve imagined that no matter how hard you try, you’ll end up back where you’ve always been. But have you ever asked yourself why this happens? Why do some fail many times, but eventually succeed, while others seem to be stuck in an endless cycle of failure? What is the secret of this difference?

Every time you try and fail, something is cemented deeper inside you. Every time you get discouraged, your subconscious gets the message, “You can’t, you’ll never succeed, you’ll always be a loser.” And this message gradually becomes a belief. A belief that runs like a program in your mind. You act according to this program without knowing it. Even if you try on the outside, inside you are still running the same failure program. But where did this program come from?

Maybe years ago, as a child, in the face of your first failures, someone told you, “You’re not good enough.” Maybe a teacher, parents, or even friends planted this belief in your mind. Maybe you’ve tried to do something many times, but each time you’ve been met with blame or ridicule. And your mind, to protect you, has decided that you shouldn’t try anymore. Because trying means failing, and failure means pain. So your mind has found a way to protect you from this pain. how By believing that you will never succeed.

Now every time you start something, you are still in the same frame of mind as before. That child inside you who is afraid of failure is still in control of your life. Your mind is still running the same program it was programmed in years ago. But are you really the same person? Are you still the vulnerable child you used to be? Or is it just an illusion that your mind clings to?

Your mind is like a computer. If the software is broken, no matter how hard you try, you will still get the same result. As long as the program installed in your subconscious is a program to fail, you will end up back where you were, even if you try a million times. you have always been So what to do? Can this program be changed?

The answer is: yes. But this requires awareness. It requires that you first know your deep beliefs. It requires you to understand what is in your mind that keeps you stuck in a repetitive path over and over again. You have to rewrite your mind, just like a new software replaces an old and broken one.

Every time a negative sentence repeats itself in your mind, you can change it. Every time your mind tells you, “You can’t,” you must answer louder, “I can.” But not just saying these words, but feeling them, believing them. You have to see yourself succeeding, see yourself experiencing a sense of victory, even if nothing has changed in the real world yet. Because your mind does not distinguish between reality and imagination. If you repeatedly experience success in your mind, eventually your mind will accept the belief that you are a successful person.

But just changing the belief is not enough. You must also change your behavior patterns. If you have always failed in one path, then it is time to change your path. If you have always tried a certain method and have not gotten results, then you need to change your method. This means you have to be flexible. You must be ready to accept small failures, but see them as part of the path to success, not as a sign of weakness.

The biggest difference between successful and unsuccessful people is that successful people see failure as a learning experience, but unsuccessful people see failure as the end of the road. You have to choose which category you fall into. Are you the kind of person who gives up after every failure? Or someone who learns from every failure and comes back stronger than before?

Perhaps, as you read these words, a part of your mind still does not believe that you can change. But the truth is that you are changing right now as you read these words. You are reprogramming your mind right now. And if you continue on this path, if you take a step every day towards rewriting your mental programs, you will eventually realize that you are no longer the person who always fails. Rather, you have become someone who gets up stronger than before every time you fall.

And this moment is the moment when everything will change for you. But are you ready to accept this change?

Chapter 3: Why are others more successful and happier than me?

Why is it that every time you look around you feel that others have a better life? Why do they always seem to be happier, more successful, and enjoy their lives more? Why do you feel like you’re not good enough, no matter how hard you try? Why do you feel inadequate and dissatisfied when you look at other people’s lives? These thoughts repeat like waves in your mind every day. The waves that swallow you from the inside and drown you in a vortex of comparisons, disappointments and feelings of failure. But is what you see really the truth? Are others really happier and more successful than you? Or is it just an illusion created by your mind?

Your mind naturally tends to compare. This is a defense mechanism that has been programmed in the minds of humans since the beginning of human life. In the past, humans needed to measure their position in relation to others in order to survive. They had to know who was stronger, who had more resources, and who was better prepared to survive in tougher conditions. But today, this natural mental mechanism has become a trap. You no longer live in a primitive world. You don’t need to compare yourself with others every moment to survive. But your mind still does.

You compare yourself to others every day, every hour, and every moment, without even realizing it. You see pictures of lives that seem perfect on social networks. You see people who are always smiling, always traveling, always with beautiful and attractive people, always experiencing wonderful moments that you have never experienced. You see them and think to yourself, “Why am I not like them? Why is my life not like this? Why am I still in trouble, but they don’t seem to have any problems?” But are these images real?

What you see from others on social networks or even in your daily life is only a part of the truth. You only see a part of their life, the part they choose to show you. But you don’t see behind the scenes. You don’t see the moments when they cry, you don’t see that they fail, you don’t see that they get disappointed sometimes, you don’t see that they also have their problems. You only see a superficial picture of their life and your mind accepts it as “absolute truth”. But this is not the truth, it is just an illusion.

The real problem is not that others are more successful or happier than you, but the problem is that you have set the standard for measuring your happiness and success based on others. Instead of focusing on your personal growth, you have focused on comparing yourself to others. Instead of following your own unique path, you try to define your life based on the lives of others. But where will this take you? This will only distance you from yourself. This will only make you never feel satisfied, even if you achieve the highest achievements.

So how can you get out of this cycle of comparison and dissatisfaction? How can you focus on your personal growth instead of focusing on the lives of others? How to experience inner satisfaction instead of jealousy? The answer is that you have to change the way you think. You must understand that each person has his own unique path. You have to understand that life is not a race where you have to be ahead of others. Life is a journey, a journey where everyone takes their own path.

Every time you find yourself comparing yourself to others, remind yourself that you are on your own path. Instead of spending your energy looking at other people’s lives, spend it on improving yourself. Be a little better every day than yesterday. Learn something every day that will take you one step further. Work on yourself every day, not on others.

And most importantly, allow yourself to enjoy the present moment. If you are always comparing yourself to others, you will never be able to enjoy what you have. But if you learn to focus on yourself and the present moment, then you can experience true happiness.

After this moment, decide not to engage in the comparison game anymore. Decide to focus on yourself. Decide to replace jealousy and frustration with inner contentment. Because only then can you be truly happy, not because you are better than others, but because you are on your own path of growth.

Chapter 4: How can I get negative thoughts out of my mind?

Have you ever noticed that negative thoughts are like a constant shadow in your mind? Have you ever felt that no matter how hard you try, these thoughts remain like whispers in the background of your mind? Have you felt that no matter how positive you think, there is still something inside you that won’t let you rest? This is the inner voice that analyzes you from the inside. The voice that constantly judges you. A voice that makes you doubt. The voice that pulls you back every time you want to take a step forward. Where did this sound come from? Why is it so strong? Why does it keep coming back every time you try to get rid of it? And most importantly, how can you turn it off forever?

Your mind is like a garden. Every thought you plant grows over time and spreads throughout your being. If you plant the seeds of positive thoughts in this garden, with the passage of time, beautiful flowers will bloom in it. But if you plant the seeds of negative thoughts in it, this garden will turn into a dark forest where every branch, every leaf, and every root will trap you. And this is what happened to your mind. Over the years, you have unknowingly allowed this dark forest to form within you. Every fear, every doubt, every worry, every bitter memory, every failure, all of them have become the roots that now occupy your mind. But will this forest remain forever? Do you have to live in this darkness for the rest of your life? no You can rebuild this forest. You can plant the flowers of hope, happiness and peace in this garden again. But how?

The first step is to realize that your thoughts are not real. Yes, you read that right. The thoughts that flow in your mind are not the absolute truth. They are just programs that have been stored in your subconscious mind over time. Every thought that forms in your mind is the result of past experiences, beliefs that were instilled in you as a child, and conditioning that you have received from the surrounding environment. These thoughts are just repeating old patterns. And as these patterns are recorded in your mind, they can be reprogrammed. You can reset your mind. You can remove negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones.

But how? This is where NLP and hypnosis techniques come into play. One of the most effective techniques is the technique of “immediate replacement of thoughts”. Every time a negative thought comes to your mind, immediately replace it with a positive image. For example, if a thought about failure comes to your mind, immediately visualize a picture of your success. If your mind tells you, “You can’t,” immediately repeat a sentence in your mind: “I am powerful. I am capable. I can.” Do this over and over again. Your mind is like a muscle. The more you practice it, the stronger it becomes.

Another technique is to “break the thought pattern”. Every time a negative thought comes to you, immediately do something to divert your attention from that thought. For example, suddenly listen to a happy song, or do a physical movement. You can even say a positive sentence out loud. This will make your mind break the repetitive pattern of negative thoughts.

But perhaps the most powerful technique you can use is “subconscious reprogramming”. Your subconscious mind is most effective at night, when you are sleeping. So before going to sleep, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Then, repeat the positive sentences in your mind. For example, say, “I am happy. I am calm. My mind is full of positive thoughts. I am in control of my mind.” Repeat these sentences over and over again, until they are engraved in the depths of your subconscious. Over time, this new programming replaces the old patterns.

Your mind is like a blank page. You decide what to write on it. You can write negative sentences, fears, and disappointments on it, or you can engrave positive thoughts, hope, and happiness on it. The choice is yours. But if you really want to get rid of negative thoughts, you have to make a decision now. Decide not to let these thoughts control you anymore. Decide to reprogram your mind. Decide that starting today, only positive thoughts will be in your mind.

And remember, every thought that forms in your mind is like a seed that is planted in the garden of your mind. You choose what grows. So if you want the garden of your mind to be full of beautiful flowers of peace, happiness and hope, start planting positive seeds from this moment. From now on, don’t let any negative thoughts take root in your mind. From this moment, take control of your mind and banish negative thoughts from your life forever.

Chapter 5: Why do I feel alone and no one understands me?

Have you ever experienced that feeling of being in a crowd but still feeling alone? Have you ever felt like no one understands you, no one can understand what’s going on inside you? Have you ever wondered why you still feel alienated even among friends and family? Where does this feeling come from? Why does it sometimes become so strong that you imagine you are alone and helpless in a dark world? Why do you feel like no one really sees you, no one really cares about you? And most importantly, how can you get out of this lonely prison? How can you feel seen, understood, and connected again?

Loneliness is not just the absence of people around you. Loneliness is a feeling. A feeling that is rooted deep in your being. Many people live in an environment full of friends, colleagues and family, but still feel lonely. why Because loneliness starts from within, not from outside. You may be in a crowd, but if you don’t feel like you belong, if you don’t feel like someone understands you, if you don’t feel like you have a real connection with others, you will still be alone. But is this loneliness forever? Are you condemned to this feeling? no This is just a template. A pattern that you can change.

Your mind has built this belief for years that no one understands you. But have you ever thought that maybe it’s just a fantasy? Maybe others understand you, but you don’t let yourself feel this understanding. Maybe you have built a wall around yourself, a wall that keeps others away from you. A wall that makes you feel alone. But how was this wall built? Why does this wall exist? And most importantly, how can you knock it down?

The reason for this wall is unconscious beliefs that have formed in your mind over the years. Maybe as a child you felt that you were not seen enough. Maybe somewhere in your life, someone you loved has left you. Maybe you have tried many times to connect with others but you felt that they rejected you. And these experiences, these feelings, have become an inner belief. A belief that tells you, “I’m alone. No one understands me. No one really cares about me.” But is this belief true? Is there really no one in this world who understands you?

The reality is that this belief is just a mental programming. And as this planning is created in your mind, it can be changed. You can learn to approach others again. You can learn to belong again. But how?

The first step is to identify the negative beliefs you have about yourself and others. Every time you think, “No one understands me,” ask yourself, “Is this really true? Isn’t it just an illusion? Has there ever been anyone who understands me?” If you look deeper, you will realize that there have been people who understood you many times in the past. But maybe you have ignored those moments. Maybe your mind is only attached to the moments when you felt alone. And this means that you have chosen to keep this belief in your mind. But now is the time to change this choice.

One of the most powerful methods you can use to overcome this feeling of loneliness is the “reconnection” technique. Every day, make a conscious effort to connect with one person. This communication can be a text message, a phone call, or even a short conversation with someone at work or on the street. No matter how small this connection is, the important thing is that you teach your mind to reconnect with others. Because your mind is like a muscle. The more you practice it, the stronger it becomes.

Another technique is to identify positive people. Sometimes feeling alone is because we have placed ourselves among people who do not understand us. But this does not mean that there is no one in the world who can understand you. Instead of focusing on people who don’t understand you, look for people who are on the same page as you. People who understand you, accept you, and are on the same frequency as you.

But perhaps the most important thing you can do is change your inner dialogue. Every time you feel like “I’m alone,” immediately replace that statement with a new statement: “I’m making new connections. I’m finding people who understand me. I’m connecting more and more every day.” Repeat these sentences over and over again, so that they take place in the depths of your subconscious.

you are not alone You have never been alone. The world is full of people who are ready to understand you, but you must first believe that this is possible. You must first open your mind to this possibility. You must first allow these connections to be drawn to you.

And remember, feeling alone is just a feeling. And as soon as this feeling is created, it can disappear. But this change starts from within you. From the thoughts you have in your mind. From the beliefs you choose to believe in. You can change this feeling right now. From this moment, you can decide not to be alone anymore. So make this decision right now. Right now, choose to reach out to others. Right now, believe that there are people in this world who understand you. Right now, prepare your mind for the arrival of these people.

Chapter 6: How can I feel happy no matter the circumstances?

Close your eyes and think about this question for a moment: If nothing in your life changes, if nothing gets better, if nothing comes true, can you be happy right now? Or is your happiness always dependent on something you haven’t achieved yet? Maybe you always thought that when you have a better job, when you have more money, when you live in another city, when you find a deeper relationship, then you will be happy. But have you ever noticed that every time you achieve something, your happiness is temporary and your mind starts looking for something else? Why is this? Why is happiness always hidden in an unknown future?

Your mind is programmed to condition happiness. Subject to the situation, subject to money, subject to external conditions. But this is an illusion. The truth is that happiness is not something that comes into you from outside. Happiness is a skill, an attitude, a mindset that you can create within yourself at any moment, without depending on anything. If your happiness is dependent on circumstances, then you have no control over it, but if happiness boils within you, then nothing can take it away from you.

Now think about how you experienced happiness when you were a child. Did you need everything to be perfect? Did you need money, a job, or a special situation to smile? Or did you live in the moment and enjoy the simple things? Your happiness was in those simple moments when you touched the ground, looked at the sky, or lit up the world with your senseless laughter. But as you grew older, your happiness became more complicated, more conditional, more distant.

Now is the time to reclaim your happiness. But how? How can you be happy without things changing? The answer lies in freeing your mind from the bondage of illusions. You don’t need anything added to be happy. You need something missing from your mind: the need to compare, the need to confirm, the need to reach a future that has yet to come.

Happiness means being in the moment, it means seeing the beauty that is around you right now, it means being thankful for what you have, without constantly being overwhelmed by the longing for what you don’t have. Happiness means deciding, right now, to smile for no external reason. Is this possible? Can you smile right now, just because you’re alive? If you do this, your brain will learn that nothing needs to change for you to be happy. You just have to choose to be happy.

But be careful! Your mind will try to trick you. Your mind will say, “No! You don’t have enough money yet, you’re not successful enough yet, you’re not lovable enough yet, so you can’t be happy.” But you should not listen to these voices. These voices are the same programs that have deceived you for years. You must be informed. You have to say to yourself, “I choose to be happy, right now, without the need for anything else.”

And when you make this choice, you’ll find yourself feeling light. You don’t need to change anything. You don’t need to reach anything anymore. You no longer need to prove yourself to anyone. You are enough right now, you are complete right now, you can be happy right now.

So take a deep breath and think that if nothing changes, you can still be happy. If your answer is “no”, know that this is just a belief, and beliefs can be changed. But if your answer is “yes”, congratulations. You are now one of the few people who understand the true secret of happiness.

Chapter 7: How can I stay motivated to keep going?

Close your eyes and imagine that you are walking along a long path. At first, you are full of passion. You feel that endless energy is flowing inside you. But the further you go, the more difficult the path becomes. Suddenly you feel tired. Sometimes you even have doubts. You say to yourself, “Is this path worth it? Can I continue? Maybe I should stop.” You know this sound, right? This is your inner voice that always tries to stop you when you are on the path of growth. But why? Why do you sometimes lose your motivation, even if you know how valuable the destination is to you?

Your mind is designed to avoid change and challenges. Your subconscious is looking for survival, not success. Therefore, whenever you take a step towards something bigger, whenever you force yourself to step out of your comfort zone, a voice in your head activates to stop you. This voice does not want to destroy you. This voice just wants to keep you safe. But the problem is that security is always where growth stops. If you want to change your life, if you want to achieve something you never had before, you have to learn how to stay motivated, even when you feel tired and hopeless.

The first point is to understand that motivation is not an emotion that suddenly appears out of nowhere. Motivation is a skill, a habit you have to build. If you wait to always feel motivated, you will never succeed. Real motivation comes from taking action, not waiting for a certain sensation. When you feel unmotivated, the best thing to do is just take one small step. No matter how small, you just have to move. This small movement will reactivate your brain and restore your inner motivation.

The next point is to understand that motivation built on initial excitement will not last long. You may have experienced that you have a lot of energy at the beginning of a new path. But after a while, this excitement subsides and you don’t have the same feeling anymore. This is because excitement is fleeting, but habits are permanent. If you want to stay motivated, you need to create habits in your life that will automatically move you towards your goal.

Imagine brushing your teeth every morning without thinking. You don’t need to motivate yourself to do this, because it’s a habit. The same principle applies to the things that lead you to success. If you can create habits that are directly related to your goal, you will no longer need motivation. Motivation will naturally develop from these habits.

But sometimes even with the right habits, you may still feel tired. This is where you have to remember why you started this path. Why do you want to achieve this goal? What awaits you at the end of this path? Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the future where you have reached your goal. Feel how happy and satisfied you are. If you can keep this image alive and real in your mind, your motivation will never fade.

One of the biggest reasons why people lose their motivation is that they keep thinking about obstacles and problems along the way. They focus so much on the difficulties of the path that they forget the beauty of the destination. But you have to do the opposite. Instead of filling your mind with negative thoughts, you should learn how to focus your energy on solutions. Every time you encounter an obstacle, ask yourself, “How can I solve this problem? What is the way I can continue on the path?” Your mind is more powerful than you think. But you will only discover its true power when you learn to focus on solutions instead of problems.

Finally, you must remember that motivation is not something that exists outside of you. Motivation comes from within you. No one and nothing can motivate you unless you want to. If you really want something, if you are really committed to something, nothing can stop you. You just have to believe. Have faith that you are stronger than the obstacles on the way. Have faith that nothing can stop you from reaching your goal.

So right now, take a deep breath and promise yourself that you will never let your motivation slip away again. Promise that even in the days when you are tired, even in the moments when you feel hopeless, you will still take a small step forward. Because success belongs to those who never stop. Success belongs to those who know how to keep their motivation alive, even when everything seems against them. You are one of these people. so move right now

Chapter 8: Can I start over and change my life?

Close your eyes and imagine that there is a blank white screen in front of you. Nothing is written on it. No error, no failure, no mistake. Just a blank canvas waiting to be filled with a new story. This canvas is the life you can start over. But the question is: can you really? Can you really leave the past behind and be born again? Can you believe that your future is more important than your past?

Your life is a series of choices. Every moment you breathe, you are making a choice. But many people think that they are prisoners of their past. They believe that their past mistakes, pains and failures have limited them forever. But this is just an illusion. Your past is a story written in your mind, but this story is still going on. You are the author of this story. You can turn the page and start a new page. But for this, you must first believe one thing: you have the power to change.

Your mind likes to keep you in the past. Because the past is familiar. The past is predictable. But the future is unknown. And the mind is afraid of the unknown. But the truth is that changing means facing this fear. It means accepting the fact that you are more than the memories of your past. You are more than your mistakes. You are more than the limits others have defined for you. You are a human being with infinite power. But this power is only activated when you decide to start over.

Think for a moment. How would you feel if you decided right now not to carry your past? What would happen if you decided to stop letting your past mistakes define you? Won’t you feel free? Won’t you feel empowered? The truth is that you can be reborn at any moment. Nothing limits you, except the thoughts you have created in your mind. You can decide right now to stop being the same person you were before. You can decide right now to change your life. But you have to have faith. You have to believe that this is possible for you.

Many people wish to change their lives, but they are waiting for a magical opportunity. They think that there will come a day when everything will automatically get better. But that day will never come. The only thing that changes you is the decision you make right now. A decision that comes from within you, not from outside. No one is going to do miracles for you. No one is going to open a new door for you. It is you who must build new doors.

You have already changed yourself many times. Think about how you got from childhood to adulthood. Think about how you learned to walk, talk, think. These were all the changes you went through. So why do you think you can’t change anymore? You have already done this. You have reinvented yourself many times before. This is just one more time.

But in order to start over, you have to let go. You must break the chains that bind you to the past. Maybe these chains are your negative beliefs. Maybe it’s your fears. Maybe guilt or regret. Whatever it is, you have to let it go. Liberation means accepting the fact that the past is over. Nothing can change that. But you can change today. And if you change today, you have also changed your future.

If you want to build a new life, you must decide not to be the same person you were before. You have to decide not to repeat the same thoughts, the same behaviors, the same old patterns. You should consciously take a step in a new direction every day. No matter how small, you just have to move. This small movement, this first step, will clear the whole path for you.

And remember that real change starts from within you. Maybe you want to change your job. Maybe you want to change your relationships. Maybe you want to change the place of your life. But none of this matters if you don’t change inside. Real change starts with your thoughts. of your beliefs From how you look at yourself. If you want to change your life, you must first change yourself.

So right now, make a decision. A simple but powerful decision. Decide not to let the past control your future. Decide to start over. Decide to believe in yourself. Because if you don’t believe in yourself, no change will last. But if you believe that you can, if you believe that you deserve a new life, nothing can stop you.

So close your eyes. Take a deep breath. And now, with all your heart, begin again.

Book summary and final conclusion

Your life is the result of the thoughts you cultivate in your mind. Every moment, every day, every decision shapes the future you will live in. This book was a journey into your mind and soul, to show you how you can transform your life by changing your focus, changing your attitude, and changing your beliefs.

In previous chapters, we found that most people do not know what they want because they have never taken the time to get to know themselves. They are involved in the noise of the world, social networks, external pressures, and negative thoughts that have been engraved in their minds since childhood. But this book showed that this hype is just an illusion. If you can control your mind, if you can focus on solutions instead of problems, and if you can create happiness from within, then no external circumstances can divert you from the path of success.

This book taught you that true motivation does not come from outside. Motivation is not a fleeting feeling brought on by a video or an inspirational quote. True motivation comes from within you, from the purpose you define for yourself in life, from the belief that your life has meaning, from the belief that you have the power to change. If you can face your fears, if you can get rid of limiting beliefs, if you can let go of the past and create a new future for yourself, then you will reach a point where nothing can stop you.

But the important thing is that change is not a magical event. Change is a choice. You have to consciously choose every day what to put in your mind, what thoughts to reinforce, and how to look at life. No one else is responsible for your happiness or unhappiness. No external circumstances, no person, no event has the power to control your emotions unless you give them that power.

Now that you’ve made this journey, it’s time to make a big decision. Do you want to go back to your past life and be captured by fears, doubts and negative thoughts again? Or do you want to be really different this time? Do you really want to build a new life for yourself?

If your answer is yes, then start over right now, right now. Your future is made from this moment. So close your eyes, take a deep breath, and step into the new path with all your heart. You have the power to do this. You deserve a new life. so move
