Soothing Pain Release Meditation
This meditation for pain release can help both with new injury pain as well as the more chronic types. Some people even love to use it for soothing painful emotions like anger, frustration, and sadness. Like many people I experience chronic pain (mine is due to a car accident from many years ago). Natural Tranquilizer Meditation
This breathing exercise acts like a natural tranquilizer for your body and mind. It's beneficial for anxiety, feeling triggered, needing to calm down, or even to get to sleep.This practice gains in power with repetition and practice. You can do it once or twice a day. Start with four breaths at one time for the first few weeks. After a few weeks you can extend it to six or eight breaths. Feeling a little lightheaded the first few times you do this practice is normal and should pass.
